Not yetOur story
TAMECT — the Texas A&M Emergency Care Team — began in 1976 with five students and a closet of basic life support gear. TAMU EMS grew out of its ambulance service. Between them, generations of students learned emergency medicine by doing it: carrying a radio, taking the calls that came in, and growing up fast.
We're collecting that history properly — names, years, photos, and the details only the people who were there can supply. Read more, or add your name and tell us what you remember.
